Recovery isn’t a one-size-fits-all journey.
Some people need intensive, daily support to lay a strong foundation, while others are ready to balance treatment with work, school, or family life. At Bold Steps Massachusetts, we offer multiple levels of care so you can get the right kind of help — at the right time.
Our programs are built on curriculum-based groups, specialized therapies, and holistic practices that heal both mind and body. Whether you’re seeking treatment for substance use, mental health concerns, or both, we’ll help you create a plan that fits your life.
Every level of care plays a unique role in the recovery process.
Here’s how each program helps clients at different stages of healing:
“A full-day structured program that helps people build a strong foundation in recovery.”
Day Treatment is our most intensive level of care, ideal for those who need significant support after detox or during a crisis.
Clients spend most of the day at our facility, participating in therapy, skills groups, and holistic practices designed to address both symptoms and root causes of addiction or mental health conditions.
“A moderate level of care for people balancing recovery with daily responsibilities.”
Our Half Day Treatment is designed for individuals ready to step down from full-day treatment or for those who need more structure than standard outpatient care.
This program provides therapy and group sessions several days a week, giving you the tools to stay on track while maintaining work, school, or family commitments.
“Ongoing care to maintain progress and prevent relapse.”
Outpatient treatment is the least intensive level of care, providing continued therapy and support as you return to daily life.
It’s ideal for people who have completed higher levels of treatment and want to stay connected while maintaining independence.
The need for accessible, high-quality behavioral health care has never been greater — both in Massachusetts and across the country.
